KC barbeque is great. (one of the good things about MO). Did you get to go to Authur Bryants? Yuuuuummmmmmmyyyy.
No Authur Bryants, but the Smokehouse was great! I had the burnt-end (in?)/beef rib combo. Excellent, I must say.
Number 6 should read "The South ain't got nuttin' on Missouri..."
