It will never happen.
The Bowden family suffers from a genetic predisposition against having kickers on a football team. This abnormality prevents them from offering scholarships to kickers and from hiring qualified coaches for the kicking game and for special teams. In post-game interviews, they have been known to cover their genetic weakness with feeble excuses, like "We need better facilities, etc., etc."
He has lost a lot of important games over the years because of poor kicking.You would think he would learn. The previous comment's explanation is as good as any.
