My PC sends jobs to the printer, but they won't print. I reset the computer once and then was able to print, but that's not working now. Other people in my office are connected to the same printer, but they aren't having any problems. Any suggestions?
*Edit: I'm able to print Word docs now, but not PDFs.

aw. I wish I could help. I usually just play around with things until I figure it out. Either that, or until I REALLY break stuff & then JB has to fix it for me. Anyway, sounds like some freaky thing that would happen to me. I feel your pain.
Are you attempting to print the pdfs from the Internet? If so, try saving the pdf to your computer and open it from there and try printing -- that takes Internet traffic out of the picture. Also check the size of the pdfs you are attempting to print, they can be very large and the printer may be running out of memory.
Thanks for the tips. I've gotten the printer to print, but it still won't print on both sides like it used to. I'm tired of fooling with it today.
