You are welcome! LOL I am glad the berries have spread some joy. Sorry you had to end up "picking" them anyway. It's good you were able to get some before your trip because it looks like they will be gone by the end of August.
aaauuuurrrgggghhhhh! Won't the blueberries ever go away. I remember having to pick them summers ago. Never ending, I tell you, never ending.
Hey, now that I have time on my hands, I am thinking I could find a good recipe for blueberry wine or blueberry brandy or some such elixir. I am thinking maybe like the fig wine. Just think of the advantages of having a blue tongue with a buzz.
I've heard good things about dandelion wine (though I don't like wine), so blueberry wine seems quite reasonable.
However, do blueberries make beer better? Hmmm...
No dad! Stay away from the wine making. You cannot make wine by letting fruit ferment in a bowl for weeks in the hot sun in the sun room.
