Me too...
No idols in this household either.
And no unreality reality shows.
You are not alone. I live a real life, therefore I do not need to waste my time watching people who are pretending to live a real life.

as for me and my household...yeah, I'm not all that into AI either, and I don't really have a TV at this point in time, either :D.
I never watch American Idol, so I thought "AI" meant Allen Iverson or something.
Wow, I was thinking Artificial Intelligence. That goes to show what is on lately. Nerdy stuff for me! Of course, there are possibly some that saw "Wow" on this comment and thought World of Warcraft...
I don't hate it because I never see it. I do get annoyed hearing about it constantly though.
